In the very early days, you’d find me behind a mic interviewing locals at events for BBC radio. My love of storytelling evolved and has since taken me into the creative rooms of PR agencies, in-house teams, and through a happy heap of freelance projects.
I’ve crafted countless stories about products, people and places, including the NHS, police services, community health and social care, the Port of Calais, Banksy’s street art, balloon fiestas, luxury resorts in the Florida Keys, a swim school, cycle paths and fitness classes. It’s a colourful and creative world as a copywriter – which is why I love it.
